This studio flat is located on the ground floor of a large Victorian house in Treyew Road, directly opposite the new Lidl Supermarket. It is 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

It is independent from the rest of the house, with its own entrance, outdoor space and a large private fenced off portion of the garden (maintained by owner). It also has a separate outbuilding adjacent with washing machine and plenty of storage room. Parking is provided on the drive.

The main room is a bed-sitting room with a kitchenette off that with fridge freezer, cooker and dish washer. There is also breakfast bar.

The shower room is off the kitchen

We do not take deposits, but ask for first and last months’ rent to be paid in advance.
