Short term near RCHT

Ideal place for students with placements at Tresliske but we are open to anyone who needs somewhere short term to stay.

Sharing a large second floor flat with me and my partner.
We have a small double bedroom available for short term basis only wich we are happy to discuss.
10 minute walk to Treliske hospital, 20 minute walk into town and 15 minute walk to train station.

Bedroom:
- Double bed - we have a bedding set avalible for you to use if you wish.
- Smart tv - we are happy for use to use our Netflix account during your stay.
- 6 large draw unit.
- Small bedside cabinate with lamp.

Kitchen:
All Kitchen items are available for your use while you stay with us and you will have your own space in the fridge/ freezer and a kitchen cupboard for your items.

Lounge:
We are more than happy for you to use the lounge as you wish and do work or eat at the dining table. We do tend to be out the house alot or spend alot of time in our room.

We are 2 professionals who work full time including some weekends; my partner is a manager at RCHT and I work in administration in Redruth. Sometimes we are out working late untill 10.30pm so occasionally there will be noise from us coming in at this time but we are very respectful and will be as quiet as possible at these times.

£100 pound deposit to hold the room wich will we deducted from your first week's rent when you arrive.
