Quiet, Proffesional’s Home Central Truro

A large double bedroom (Room 1) in a lovely Victorian house in a superb location for the hospital, Truro College and town. All amenities are nearby, and Sainsbury's five minutes walking distance.
A train station is ten minutes' walking distance. There is an allocated parking space for the lodger.

It is a non-smoking, pet-free and non-partying house, would suit a quiet professional or a student studying/ training at the hospital, who spends evenings chilling out, watching Netflix etc. during the week.

Shared kitchen and bathroom.
I would also consider a professional who requires a bedroom for part of the week.

The bedroom has plenty of storage, sitting space, and is a spacious beautifully decorated room.
The house is shared by professional females only, 3 maximum in total including myself.

I am looking for a respectful, mature, self sufficient, clean individual who would look after their room and communal spaces by cleaning and tidying up as/when they use the communal areas.
