The bathroom (1 only) and kitchen are shared between you and I. There's a separate downstairs loo.

There is a lounger area to sit and socialise if you wanted.

It would suit a single individual either studying or here part of the week for contractual workers.

It's central location and all amenities, bus stop and train station & shops near by.
I am a live-in landlady, and you will share the house with me only.

It's a large Victorian house, with separate kitchen sitting area, parking space and patio/garden.
Non-smoker, pet free home would suit similar, mature person.

The room itself is a small with a single bed, in built wardrobe and It would be a good base for somebody for a short term or
Long term.
