Double en-suite shower room

We have a bright ground floor small double bedded (bedding is not included for the day bed), ensuite shower room to rent in our family home. It comes fully furnished with a Smart TV, ample storage, Shoe rack, clothes airer, ironing board. You will have the use of the kitchen/diner with access to the washing machine and clothes line (outside), and dryer in the winter. There is a garden at the back of the house, parking available at the top of the road and a garage for storage if needed. All bills are included and when I bake, cakes too, and the occasional free meal in the week when I have cooked too much!

We are situated just 10 minutes walk from the Royal Cornwall Hospital Treliske and Truro College. we live in a lovely quiet area with woods out the front, lots of local walks and less than 1 minute away from the Truro Lawn Tennis Club. We're within easy access to local bus routes and our local Spar shop is just over 5 minutes walk away. Our children are all grown up and are only home part of the year so the house is pretty quiet most of the time. We are non party givers so are looking for a quiet, non party goer too who must be employed/professional and clean and tidy. The room is for single occupancy only so no friends to stay I'm afraid. I do like the use of the kitchen of an evening between 5.00pm - 7.00pm to cook but don't mind you using the microwave/kettle whilst I'm in there.

We have a very friendly cavapoo and 2 cats. I would ask you, and hope you would be willing to feed/let out the cats when I get the chance to go away, in return for the free meals/cakes.

The rent will be adjusted accordingly for the first month's tenancy.
