Double Bedroom Available (opposite Treliske) – Ideal for Female Professional at RCHT

A bright double bedroom is available end of January in a tidy, quiet, furnished, 2-bed ground-floor flat, just a 2-minute walk from Treliske Hospital.
Suitable for a female professional or student. Strictly non-smoking household.

The room:
- Good-sized bright and warm double room
- Furnished - bed, chest of drawers
- Large built-in wardrobe

The flat is well-insulated, bright, and relaxed in atmosphere, and includes a fully equipped kitchen - washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, etc. (The unfurnished flat video is an older one)
Bills included with fast broadband, permit parking available, excellent public transport links, and just a short bus ride into town.

You will be sharing the flat with just one other person (myself). I’m a genetic data scientist, working from home, but I go away frequently for work and holidays (both short and long trips). I live a minimalist lifestyle, which the flat reflects—calm, uncluttered, and intentionally kept simple. I’m friendly and easy-going, keep busy with work, yoga, walks, travel, and enjoy the occasional coffee catch-up or socialising with friends at home. I also sometimes look after a medium-sized, well-behaved, and quiet dog. You’ll barely notice it's there (unless food appears!).

I’m looking for someone who values peaceful, tidy living, is considerate in shared spaces, and is mindful of shared responsibilities (such as cleaning up after yourself or taking out the rubbish if I’m away) — and doesn’t mind a dog giving you very cute looks for your food 🐶😄
There is enough space for personal belongings and luggage; however, due to limited storage and no garage, this home is best suited to someone who prefers not to accumulate excess belongings, and appreciates a clutter-free environment. If you’re new to Cornwall, I’d be very happy to help you settle in.
