The house offers an extremely high standard of fixtures, fittings and appliances and is in immacculate condition. It is absolutely essential that you able and wish to keep the house clean and report any issues so they can be resolved promptly.
A cleaner visits every 2 weeks for the communal areas.

There is 1 parking permit available to park on the road which is £75 per year payable to the council.

Truro centre is a 5 min walk. The main Truro bus and train stations are approx 10-15min walk.

Please note bills are included, though gas and electricity allowance is capped at a generous amount.
