Double room in Truro

Pictures are all recent (except there is no bedding).

There is a small double bed (120cm wide) and there is additional lockable storage directly outside the room.

The house offers an extremely high standard of fixtures, fittings and appliances and is in immaculate condition.
A cleaner attends to the communal areas every 2 weeks, but it is absolutely essential that you are also able and prepared to keep the house clean and tidy and report any issues so they can be resolved promptly.

There is 1 parking permit available at £75 per year payable to the council

Truro centre is a 10 min walk. The main Truro bus and train stations are approx 10-15min walk.

Please note bills are included, though gas and electricity allowance is capped at a generous monthly amount.
