The room I am currently renting will be available from 18th September. If you have a desired move in date please let me know as I can be flexible moving out.

It's a huge room and has an en-suite bathroom. It’s basically like a stuido flat minus having a kitchen in the room.

I currently have a double bed, sofa bed, TV & stand, storage, a desk and a big wardrobe and there’s still loads of space.

Located on the top floor of the house, it’s bright and airy with velux windows and automatic black out blinds.

The room comes unfurnished, although the wardrobe comes with the room and the sofa bed is negotiable as I’m happy to sell this with the room.

The rest of the house features 5 other double bedrooms with tenants, a spare drying room for clothes, washing machine, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, large shared living room and garden.

Located on a really nice and quiet residential road in Truro, the city centre is around a 15 minute walk, train station 5 minute walk and supermarkets (Sainsbury’s & Lidl) also about a 5 minute walk.

The current housemates are friendly, relaxed, tidy and all working professionals.

The property is managed by an agency (Harcourt White) with local landlords and includes 6 monthly contracts offering great flexibility but also stability. I’ve been renting for 20 months.

You will be required to go through checks with the agency prior to being granted the room.

There is also a deposit of £675.

Rooms are also rented on an individual basis, so if someone was to move out you are only liable for your share of the rent and bills.

Bills include, council tax, water, WiFi and gas and electricity.

Gas & electricity varies per month but the monthly rent inclusive of bills is around £750 - £800 per month on average.
