This is a fully furnished, ground floor room in Truro city centre. 8 minutes walk to the centre of town, 2 minutes walk to Truro station.

The room is a double room with furniture, with access to a sitting room with log burner, large kitchen/diner, large bathroom, single toilet and patio.

Parking is available with a permit. All bills included - all services, broadband and sky, plus a cleaner once a fortnight. separate cupboards, fridge and freezer available in kitchen,

I live here alone with my 2 daughters - age 14 & 17. My eldest is at boarding school, whilst my youngest stays every other week. My partner is here 70% of the time. Generally the house is pretty quiet aside from school holidays. Working from home is not a problem.
