Hi, I live on my own and looking for a clean, tidy, respectful lodger working away from home during the day. My room can be for months but can lead to far longer. I maybe able to take an earlier date to commence. My home is up for sale but if the right person sharing, it can lead to moving into mirrored property three doors down from this. I’m a 5 min walk to the Cathedral, The Rising Sun pub 1 min away and has 180 degree south facing views of the city. Your room has a double pine wardrobe, a double but only a small tv. Plenty of units with cupboards and 8 drawers thought. There is a yard on the side of the house for bike, motorcycle secured under cover if needed and possibility of garage parking.
