A mid-terraced, 2-bedroom house situated in a convenient location close to the City centre and Truro Train Station. The accommodation comprises; hallway, lounge, kitchen. 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear yard and shed.

The double bedroom is bigger with built-in wardrobe. Unfurnished but limited furniture (desk, bedside table) available by arrangement.

The other room is smaller and cheaper (£450 per month) and could be available instead subject to discussion.

The lounge area includes a smart TV and sofa and the kitchen has table and 4 chairs, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Basic kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, plates/bowls etc. also included.

The shared bathroom includes bathtub and rain shower.

I am looking for a responsible, tidy, and quiet professional/student to move in with me. Although I am a sociable person, I do like quiet evenings in reading, watching TV/films and Lego. I am in my late twenties, work in a secondary school and go to church every Sunday.

Looking for someone to move in in July. No dogs or pets.
The house is in Council Tax Band B and all bills are additional to the rent.
