This house is situated in a very quiet pleasant cul-de-sac on the edge of Truro which is very convenient.

The house has two separate toilet and one bathroom. Access to the kitchen dining room and back garden is available two guests. There maybe some parking at the property but this is not always guaranteed. So there is parking after 6 pm on the streets of the cul-de-sac and surrounding areas.

This room would suit a short term placement for trainee professional at local hospital et cetera for October and November 2025.
