Double room available in Truro

I have a double room available to rent. The house has 3 bedrooms and you will be sharing with just the homeowner, and a small dog. The house is located in Truro, close to the train station, supermarket, and walking distance in to town. It is approximately 1 mile from Treliske where I work. There is unrestricted parking available on the road outside my house.
The room would ideally suit a mature, tidy and respectful working professional.
