The room is on the first floor, cosy, lockable with double bed, bedding, towels, kitchenette bureau and fridge freezer, utensils, electric radiator, corner sofa, clothes rail and storage. Photos of the room were taken before the current tenant re arrange her furniture but the older photos allow you to see the basic outline, furniture and space.
The room is a large single room, clean, warm, lockable, secure and safe and shares a landing with a second female tenant. The new tenant would have access to their own room and a shared shower, toilet and kitchens sink utility on the same floor. I live downstairs in a separate self contained flat. Both rented rooms upstairs have their own kitchenette bureau including kettle, toaster and microwave and you would be welcome to add your own cooking appliances eg air fryer, slow cooker as wanted. If you have your own things I can remove items with prior arrangement. The room is a single room all bills inclusive of rent, utilities, wifi, heat, council tax, TV licence and with prior arrangement I can organise a free off road parking space for you. This is a relaxed, friendly, quiet, non smoking mature household in a quiet leafy road.
The house is adjacent to Victoria Gardens, 5 minutes walk to Truro High Street, 5 minutes to nearest bus stop, 10 minutes to Truro bus and train station, 40 minute walk or 15 minute bike ride to Treliske Hospital via a quiet lanes cycle path.
