The property will be available for a winter let from September 2026 through to the end of May / June 2027.

The property is within easy walking distance to Treliske Hospital and Truro College and is a 5-minute drive to Truro City Centre.

The Cowshed enjoys the benefits of a rural setting on a smallholding with stunning valley views, and is peaceful and private.

The annexe has a fully equipped kitchen, a new bathroom with utility, leading into an open-plan lounge and separate bedroom.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and an additional (small) single sofa bed.

There is ample storage, making it the perfect space for a winter let.

Outside, there is a table and chairs for use in good weather, and we invite you to share our garden with us. There is free parking for one car (two subject to discussion) on a shared driveway.

We are a busy family of 5 and would prefer a quiet, easy-going professional. Good references are a must. Non-smokers only. We have lots of animals (including cats and a dog) on the property, but we would consider a cat.
