Semi-detached house with large gardens and sheds to store boards or bicycles. Shared lounge and large kitchen/diner with all appliances.
The rent includes unlimited broadband and all bills. The house has been refurbished recently and has gas central heating. 5 mimutes walk to the train station and 10 minutes walk to town centre.
There is one large friendly dog Rocco(alaskan malamute) and a cat Kato.
Smoking is only allowed in the kitchen.
We are friendly, easy going. I am French and I run a business (pets services) and the other house mate comes from New Zealand and works for the NHS.
