Double room for rent in cottage near Truro

I have a double room available in a lovely cottage just outside Truro in Calenick. It's in an ideal location if you're working in Truro (20 min walk, or a 3 minute drive) or Falmouth (20 min drive). The room is a good size, with shared kitchen and bathroom (I'm very clean though, promise!) and there's a smaller room which is used as spare room for guests. Nice garden and parking.

Sharing with me involves lots of food, wine, g&t in the garden, some giggles and plenty of outdoorsiness - bbqs, walks, surfing, boating etc. I also have 2 part time dogs that I kidnap from my parents from time to time. This sadly rules out anyone with cats - sorry!!

I'm working from home at the moment, doing some freelance marketing. I'm pretty easy to live with - tidy, clean, good sense of humour and I'm a big fan of cooking up brunch or a roast on the weekends so you won't go hungry. Would love to hear from you if you're interested.
