The room comes with a new single bed, a mirrored shelved cupboard for clothes/storage and a unit to keep a kettle, microwave, crockery etc. We are happy for a mini-oven and/or microwave and fridge/freezer to be used in the room, provided they have recently been PAT tested.

This beautiful family home is situated in a friendly, quiet, respectable neighbourhood on the outskirts of the city.
It’s very close to amenities and public transport, a 10 minute walk from the centre of Truro- cafés, bars, shops and the railway station and also not far from some lovely country walks.
There’s easy access onto the A390 and A30.
Yearly parking permits are available to apply for on-street parking right outside of the house for around £60.
There is no communal area or access to the main property from the annexe room.

I am an independent children’s Occupational Therapist working part time 9-5.

£700 per month. Bills are £100 per month. Additional £200 for a couple.
