Annexe with En-Suite

Large self-contained annexe room with en-suite shower room and private access, available from mid February. Facing the front garden/driveway, with stunning views of the city and Cathedral.
The room comes unfurnished with a mirrored shelved cupboard for clothes/storage. We are happy to provide a bed and mattress if necessary. There are no cooking facilities in the room but we are happy for a mini-oven and/or microwave and fridge/freezer to be used in the room, provided they are recently PAT tested.

This beautiful family home is situated in a friendly, quiet, respectable neighbourhood on the outskirts of the city.
It’s very close to amenities and public transport, a 10 minute walk from the centre of Truro- cafés, bars, shops and the railway station and also not far from some lovely country walks.
There’s easy access onto the A390 and A30.
Yearly parking permits are available to apply for on-street parking right outside of the house for around £60.
There is no communal area or access to the main property from the annexe room.

I am an independent children’s Occupational Therapist working from home part time 9-5. We would prefer to have someone living here who is not working from home during the week. My partner owns a local construction company.

There are two very cute and friendly cats who also reside here- a silver tabby cat called Zazu and a black fluffy cat named Willie.

We’re very considerate of other's privacy and down-time and like quiet evenings and early nights :)

£700 per month. Bills are £80 per month. Additional £200 for a couple.
