It is on major bus routes and also very convenient for the park and ride buses to the Royal Cornwall Hospital at Treliske.

Electric gated parking is also available at the property.

The room is neutrally decorated with a double bed and fitted furnishings. The en-suite bathroom is recently refurbished with bath/shower & loo. There is also private internet available too at tenant's expense.
Would suit independent, employed full time professional or student not working from home.
