Short term let Truro centre double room

Short term lodger needed for sunny double room in a quiet comfortable old house close to the city centre. You would share the kitchen, sitting room and bathroom with one other lodger.

The landlady lives in her own self-contained ground floor flat with her terrier. She uses the Aga in the main kitchen from time to time, to cook and dry laundry.

We are looking for a mature non-smoker. You would be used to sharing, or running your own home, keeping it clean and tidy.

It's not a party house.

There are no bills to be paid; the landlady provides cleaning materials, loo paper etc.

You agree to clean bathroom and kitchen after use.

There is wi-fi and central heating; the well-equipped kitchen has an Aga, air fryer, microwave, mixers, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
