Ideal for hospital, college, schools and pleasant woodland walks, plus shopping, restaurants bars etc. Flat level walk to town. Off road parking though this can be limited at times. . If you require a week at a time this will be considered. We have one young cat who is part of the "family" Shared bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and utility. Suit single person. No parties. No couples or mates. No smoking home. Happy to consider short term placement , weekends or Monday to Friday . Use of kitchen and dining room. Female tenant and no couples.
