Large double room in our Family home; AVAILABLE FROM 1st September 2016. The room is for single occupancy. This is our home and we are seeking a friendly, outgoing person with a good sense of humour, the facilities include; Large lounge and dining room; conservatory; family Kitchen; shower and bathroom; large secluded garden and patio area; off road parking; and broadband connection, the house is located just 5 mins. walk from Truro College and Royal Cornwall Hospital Treliske, with the golf course and the tennis club only 2 mins away. The city centre is a 20 min. walk 'Down Hill' ! and the railway station is about 15 mins walk from the house.

We are a fun family; we have 2 dogs, 2 tortoises a guinea pig a rabbit and two horses, NOT ALL IN THE HOUSE ! - so I guess you could call us animal lovers, we play golf; train dog agility; and horse ride, when we are not working hard... we love to travel and have many friends in Greece, Turkey, Germany, Italy and the USA who often visit. We are looking for a person who is happy to mix in with our family and become one of the household... Our house is a little crazy at times, but that's fun isn't it? you can expect sunny barbecue's in summer and gatherings of friends in winter, I love to cook and entertaian - you will have to come and meet us to find out more.
