The cottage is south facing and has been renovated throughout. It is clean, warm and newly decorated. The current occupant is male. The landlady's son will be on hand to ensure the property remains in good condition and is clean and tidy throughout. A couple would be considered though the price would be increased to account for extra costs incurred. There is a woodburner and the house has electric heating. Garage and lockable sheds outside along with a washing machine and dishwasher.
