Double bedroom in shared house

The cottage is south facing and has been renovated throughout. It is clean, warm and newly decorated. The current occupants are both male, one is the landlady's son who will be on hand to ensure the property remains in good order. Both occupants are clean tidy people who are respectful and quiet. A couple would be considered though the price would be increased to account for extra costs incurred. There is a woodburner and the house has electric heating. Garage and lockable sheds outside along with a washing machine and dishwasher.
