I work from home the majority of the week so ideally the tenant will be out at work all day as house is small for more than one person to be working from home. There is a shared shower room and kitchen with large fridge freezer and range cooker. The tenant must be clean and tidy, respectful of the other people's peace and happy to live with two silly spaniels who love cuddles!
