House Share in a lovely part of Wadebridge

I am currently renting this property from my landlord, but my current flatmate is going to be moving out, so I need to find someone else to share the house with!

I have a double room available in a lovely 2 bed house just a short walk from the centre of Wadebridge, set in a tree lined, quiet, private lane.

Fully furnished, with use of a shared shower room. There is a large living area which opens out on to a small courtyard style garden. Dishwasher & washing machine in the kitchen as well as access to a tumble dryer at the back of the house in the landlord's garage.

Plenty of space for 2 cars (I've managed to get 3 on the drive before).

I have a dog who will spend half of her time with me, so you must be a dog lover as she loves cuddles on the sofa in the evenings!

It's a nice chilled out, quiet house! As I used to live up country, I have friends down to visit occasionally and you're welcome to have friends over too! Just no loud parties!

I am ideally looking for someone who works full time and who's willing to help around the house and just treat it as their own! :)

To split the rent evenly it's £450 a month for a single person but if a couple it will be £320 each :)
