I live here with my son and our current shared is leaving after 15 months to get her own place.
You will get two rooms. One is a large double with fitted wardrobes. The other is a small single currently used as a sitting room. It has fitted wardrobes too and a sky tv socket should you wish to get your own service.
You will have your own bathroom with shower over bath.
Large shared kitchen. Enclosed rear garden
Quiet Cul de sac street parking

10 minutes walk from town centre
On the West Hill bus route

Price is £ 400 a month plus a third equal share of the bills. Currently around £ 100

There is no deposit to pay but
You will need to go through referencing and pay for new tenancy agreement.
I'm not sure what the fees are exactly
