We are offering a large, furnished, double room with ensuite facilities & TV in our renovated cottage which has all modern conveniences. Located in a quiet hamlet but only a 10 minute walk from Wadebridge town centre which has all required amenities and access to the Camel trail for cycling.
We are only looking for Single occupancy and the room will be £675/month, which includes fortnightly room cleaning, plus bed linen & towels, electric, heating, water, council tax (band c) and broadband. (Any preferred streaming services would be down to you to arrange.)
Access to kitchen/diner with sofa, utility room and lovely large garden, with off road parking available.
We do have 1 cat, but sorry, we would not accept further pets and strictly no smokers. We would not want regular guest stay overs or extensive working from home please.

If we were to go forward we would want to meet you and would request two references and ID with rent payable in advance. A letting agreement would reflect all the details we agree.
