Double room with En-suite near Wadebridge

We are offering a large, furnished, double room with ensuite facilities & TV in our recently renovated cottage which has all modern conveniences. Located in a quiet hamlet but only a 10 minute walk from Wadebridge town centre which has all required amenities and access to the Camel trail for cycling.

We are only looking for Single occupancy and the room will be £200/week or £800/month, which includes weekly room cleaning, bed linen & towels, electric, heating, water, council tax (band c) and broadband. (Any preferred streaming services would be down to you to arrange.)

Access to kitchen/diner, utility room and lovely large garden, with off road parking available.

We do have 2 cats, but sorry, we would not accept further pets and strictly no smokers. We would not want friends to stay over on any regular basis and we would prefer minimal working from home.

If you're looking for something short term while you're working in Cornwall or just looking for a weekday base to fit in with your work schedule longer term we can be flexible.

If we were to go forward we would want to meet you and would request an Employer reference for proof of income and a copy of your Passport for ID. Weekly rent would be payable in advance, with one weeks notice on either side if applicable.
