Lodger to share my home

I'll be renting out two rooms to one person. As seen one has a single bed and the other can be used as a dressing room, or alternatively the picture showing the room with the chest of drawers is big enough for a double bed and then the smaller room for your items. The double room has a fitted wardrobe.
The rooms look out over Wadebridge park, the Camel trail and Egloshayle. There is a shared living/dining room space, kitchen, bathroom. This is a lovely bright and sunny house.
There is plenty of storage space and a shed outside for bike storage etc. There is off road parking.
Wadebridge town is just a short walk away and about a three minute walk to the bus station.
There is fibre broadband. Some of the bills are included.
I would prefer someone in full-time employment.
I'm looking for someone who is happy to do their share of the house work, gardening. Pets are not allowed at this property.
