Lovely double room in Wadebridge

Double furnished room with plenty of storage available to rent. Plenty of on street and off street parking, garden, use of washing machine and free broadband. I am a live in landlord who has to travel for work commitments. You will have shared use of the kitchen, office and lounge and primarily your own bathroom with shower and bath. Any visitors would need to use the family bathroom too so I would expect this to be kept clean and tidy.

We like to keep a tidy house but are not fanatical. We are friendly but happy to give people their own space.

I have a couple of lovely, friendly dogs who spend the day (9. 30 to 5. 00pm) whenever I work from home so pet lovers preferred.

The property is a five minute walk into town or to Tescos.

I will consider short term and longer lets.
