Room in three bed flat in Wadebridge 232 pcm

Hello!

We're looking for a third flatmate for this lovely flat in central Wadebridge. The room is not as large as a full double, but large enough to be comfortable with a double bed. Wadebridge itself is pretty nice indeed.

I'm a 37 year old guy, keen on my surfing and cycling, and my housemate- he's 35 and also likes to surf, but pool is his thing. Kathi- my housemate for over two years, is unfortunately moving to the big smoke. Hence the ad.

We tend to hang out quite a bit, but also come and go doing our own thing. Both have partners in other towns.

With bills comes to roughly 300 a month.
