Rural location, so would suit someone with a car who drives. A bus does pass by the end of the road every hour that takes you to the nearest town or Ballycastle or Coleraine.

This room would suit someone who works from home. I will only be home for the weekend so it is likely you will have the place to yourself the majority of the time.
Tenant must be ok with dogs as my dog comes everywhere with me! She’s very well trained and friendly but it’s likely she will want to get to know you if you are living in her house so liking dogs is probably essential
