The lodger is allocated one of the bedrooms and bathrooms and when I am not there the use of the car parking space.

There are excellent public transport links. The Translink 300 bus service stops every 20 mins throughout the day, providing transport direct to Belfast International Airport (10 mins) or Belfast City Centre (20 mins).

I live in England and like to visit every 3 months for a few days so you would have the apartment to yourself the vast majority of the time.

I am looking for someone that will respect and take good care of the apartment. My last lodgers have been a pilot from England and an engineer from the South. Both worked very well.
