Room to rent in Ballyeaston

Hello!

I'm looking for a lodger to share my house in Ballyeaston.
Ballyeaston is a small village just a mile outside Ballyclare and is 20mins from Belfast.

Available immediately.
Short term or long term.

The house is a two bed terrace with parking to the front and a garden to the rear. Countryside views front and rear.
The room is a single room with a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. We'd share the bathroom, kitchen and living room.

I'm looking for a housemate from 22-33(ish) - male or female.
Non smoker if possible!

I'm 25, single and work full time in Belfast.
