Excellent value accommodation in Ballymena. Large double rooms to rent in a period house opposite Ballymena Bus/Train station. This is a victorian house with high ceilings and a lot of old world charm, with modern double glazed windows and insulation. .

All tenants are tidy, honest, friendly, working professionals. The room would suit a quiet mature sober non-smoker.
No pets, no couples, or hard drinkers. If you drink alcohol or do drugs this is not the house for you.

Applicants must be respectful and help to keep shared areas clean and tidy. All rooms are very spacious and fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers. They also have TV points and individual door-locks. The house also has the latest fire and smoke alarm systems installed as per Housing Executive regulations.

The heating and wifi is included in the price! The only bill is for electric which is shared between all tenants.

There is a large living-room, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen which are all shared. A security deposit will also be required (same as rent price), which is fully refundable providing the room is returned in good condition.

The most important thing when sharing a house is having good house mates, and I am strict about picking good tenants.
