Studio and dog sit

Hi everyone

I have a studio apartment available in a small village outside of Ballymoney. It has a kitchenette, breakfast bar, separate bathroom with shower and a shared garden.

Very good Internet connection for anyone working from home.

You will need a car as the transport links aren't amazing.

All bills are included except for Heating Oil which is purchased once every 3 months or so and will be the cost of 1/3 of 500 litres of oil.

I occasionally have to travel for work and would need someone to house sit my 3 bedroom house and my Staffy Monroe.

This would come at a reduced weekly rent rate depending on how many days I am away.

I am looking for a dog lover who knows how to deal with a clingy yet loveable Staffy. He is not a fan of the car but love the garden and the park across the road.

The Studio is available from the 18th October and is available for short and longer term rental. Please feel free to get in contact to arrange a viewing and to meet Monroe!
