Room For Rent Stranmillis £300 A Month - June

Hey folks, Double room for rent in Riverview Street stranmillis available 12th June, close to queens university, botanic gardens and the lyric theatre with plenty of take aways and an off licence within a few minutes walk. Rent includes 100mb fibre broadband, gas and electricity are pay as you go with top ups shared amongst housemates. Looking for someone who preferably works during the week and keeps things clean including the shared bathroom every once in a while. There is currently 2 males and one female in at the minute including myself although I am only there the odd weekend as I have a job in Limavady now.
The house can be a bit noisy on a friday or saturday night from time to time with people drinking, so if this is something that would annoy I would give it a miss.
