I currently live in a beautiful city centre appartment in Belfast, located between Dublin road and sandy row. The Appartments are called Victoria Place Appsrtments. My current housemate is moving out and I have decided I want to keep on the lease so I need someone to move in with me.
I am a 27 year old young professional. I do enjoy socialising but it is not a party appartment. Nice clean, quiet respectful appartment.
The room available has a double bedroom with built in wardrobe, you would have your own bathroom to use exclusively. Open plan living room and kitchen with a balcony and there is a free gym in the appartment block for you to use.
Rent is £400 pm payable to a very respectful private landlord. Bills are an extra £25pm which covers everything including WiFi.
Secure parking is available at an additional £50pm.
I am looking for a fun, respectful young proffessional who is easy to get along with to move in with me.
