I have a large double room with its own bathroom for rent in my house. It’s in a modern 3 storey townhouse, in very good condition with this room and bathroom on the middle floor. The other bedrooms are on the ground and top floor.
The rent is £500 per month which includes all bills.
Its in the Wellington Square development so handy for both the Stranmillis and Ormeau road and not far from the city centre.
I am a 45 year old male working in IT who enjoys a few pints and rugby, often at the same time! The other housemate works as a pilot at City airport, often home to England on days off.
The contract will be on a monthly rolling basis. Would suit short term.
