Home from home in lovely, cosy home

The house is located off the Ormeau Road, where everyone wants to live for its wonderful, safe, fun vibe. Only 8 mins on the bus to Belfast city centre, Queens University etc. Lots of lovely cafes, good restaurants, bars, beautiful parks, Ulster Museum, Lagan Towpath etc. Quiet, residential street. House has every amenity needed for a comfortable stay; washing machine, dryer, TV, internet/wifi, good shower etc. There is a cleaner comes on a weekly basis. I am happy for people to cook and each room has a TV and coffee/tea making facilities. Everything that is needed is provided including linens, towels, iron, hairdryer etc.
There is only one bathroom with excellent shower but this has never been a problem for house-sharers.
The house is ideal for workers who want a quiet, peaceful and respectful home away from home.
There is a covered garden area where people may smoke if required but the house is absolutely no smoking.
I have been an Airbnb host for a number of years but have now retired from hosting and teaching. I have worked in Peacebuilding, Community Development/ Relations for 20 years and enjoy the company of interesting and fun people.
