Double bed, plenty of storage in the room. The house is just off the Ormeau road and walking distance to city centre, Queens university, train station, nice shops and cafes etc.. Lovely area with a gym at the bottom of the street, lovely neighbours, and just beside the tow path for nice walks/ cycling. Back yard is also enclosed and covered so a good place to keep bicycles. Parking is on street parking only and it’s a one way street. House was fully renovated and everything is always well maintained, fire alarm, house alarm, washer/dryer, tv...
