Double and single room to rent

I have a double room and a single room available in my home which are both available from January 2019. It’s a 3 bed semi detached house in a quiet estate. Safe parking. Household bills are included in monthly rent price (Wi-fi, rates, Electric, Oil). House postcode is BT6 9RJ. East Belfast.

There are good transport links into town with a bus stop approx. 5 min walk at the bottom of the estate. Bus fare is £2 for a single ticket into the city centre. Lidl is the nearest large supermarket also 5min walk. There is a spar, Domino’s pizza, chippy and Chinese all within a short walking distance also.

I work full time. Some days 9- 5.30pm and other days my hours are varied.

I am looking for someone to feel at home in Belfast, treat my home with respect and tidy up after themselves. Its a quiet and tidy house – definitely not party people. Im not a big drinker and don’t smoke. I would like to live with someone of a similar age on similar schedule that get along I with and for the house to feel comfortable and homely rather than a shared house with the ‘them and us’ feeling. It would be nice to have someone to have a cup of tea and a chat with at the end of the day or watch a movie together.

I have a dog who lives here and is very much part of the family and spoilt. You must be ok with pets and be willing to help out with him (letting him in/ out of the garden and feeding him if no one else is around at dinner time). He is very friendly. I also sometimes ‘babysit’ my friends’ dog while they are on holiday.
