Double Room To Rent From Sept

My housemate and I are looking for one more person to move in with us from 1st September. We are both students, aged 24 and Molly 22, I am studying psychology at Queens and Molly is studying photography in Ulster. We have a love for music, chill nights in or out for pints/gigs, cooking food and of course a good Netflix series. We are very easy going, sociable and good craic and would love someone similar, like more of a friend than just a housemate.
The house is in a great location just off the Lisburn road. Tesco and Co-op less than a 5 minute walk away, a bus stop at the top of the street which takes 10 mins into town or about a 25 minute walk.
We keep the house clean and tidy and split the bills evenly - roughly £10.66 per month for WiFi, £10 per month for gas and £20-30 for electric alongside £290 per month for rent.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and sharing the main bathroom with just one other person as the third room has an en-suite.
Our downstairs has an open plan living and dining area with French doors leading into the kitchen area and small back yard area. There is washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher (the dream) and electric oven/stove, and lots of storage space in the cupboards.

The only thing we expect is to just do your bit around the house, Netflix recommendations and laugh at our jokes.
