Double Bed in Flat off Lisburn Road

I've been living in this flat for over 3yrs and my housemate is moving home so there is a double bed up for rent. It's located on Malone Avenue just off the Lisburn Road. 5min walk to Tesco and a bus stop at the end of the street.

The Broadband works out at £13 p. p per month and gas and electric are top up and I normally put on £20 each on both every other month or so.

There is private off street parking and electric gates.

I have a full time job as a retail manager in a vinatge shop but I also work in a theatre and am a artistic director of a theatre company. I stay up all the time and would like someone who is around in the evenings as I do like the company.

Not looking for someone who wants to party all the time but just good craic.
