Current house mates are myself, Niall and AJ. I am 29 and work in IT recruitment. Niall is 30 and works in tech at All State he works a hybrid model and is only in at the house a couple of days a week. AJ is 30 and works in Tech. All very easy going and sociable. House is great and we keep the place tidy and looking well.

Looking for another friendly house mate to come live with us.

The electricity bill and the gas bill are shared by all tenants (£30 each in wintertime). Television license, council tax, internet and cleaner are covered by myself.

Sydenham Drive is a short 10 minutes journey by The Glider Bus to the city centre. The main Holywood Road is a few minutes away from the Sydenham by Pass, City Airport, M1, M2, the Harbour Industrial area, the Oddessey, and the the Holywood Exchange. The property has gas fired heating, good sized kitchen with a LG washer/dryer, fridge freezer, hob and oven. The bedroom has a new high quality double bed. There is also a modern bathroom with shower over the bath, with a wash hand basin and toilet. The deposit is £100.
