Beautiful Stranmillis - double room

We are 3 hardworking (2 guys and a girl ) professionals, living in a beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse in stranmillis. The room is a decent sized double room, wardrobe, lamp and you will share the bathroom with 2 other housemates max. There is also an additional downstairs toilet. We are right beside the tow path and the boat club and cutters wharf is 2 mins up the road along with all the local shops. The bus stop, belfast bike dock and Stranmillis College are 5 mins walk away, Queens Uni and Botanic Gardens, Ormeau / Lisburn Roads all 10/15 mins. Walking into the city will take you around 30/35 mins. We are looking for a dependable, reliable, chilled out, stable person to join us and the cat, Tiberius !! Get in touch to arrange a viewing.
