Room available now, Ormeau park area

Large master bedroom available in a three floor Victorian terrace on a beautiful leafy street just off the Ormeau road in south Belfast within walking distance of Queen's university and the city centre. We are a single parent family (father and 12 year old son, I'm an artist, postgraduate student, teacher and bike mechanic, we are looking for friendly clean creative people/person to rent the spare rooms on medium to long term basis. There is a shared bathroom and an ensuite bathroom (for family use). You would be expected to contribute towards gas and electricity Internet.
