Room available in three floor Victorian terrace family home on a beautiful leafy street just off the Ormeau road in south Belfast within walking distance of Queen's university and the city centre. I'm a single father and my son pluss lodger . I'm an artist, former teacher, bike mechanic, we are looking for a friendly sociable creative person to rent the spare room on medium to long term basis. There is a shared bathroom and an ensuite bathroom (for family use).
