House has been renevated in most parts throughout my ownership. I live in the property with my brother whom is on a working placement. As we both work midweek the property we would prefer an easygoing professional. We are both into fitness (crossfit, cycling, running) but enjoy a few ales at the weekend 😁 Someone like minded would be great!

Property is on Upper Malone Road, a 1 minute walk from the metro bus line which runs from 6am until 11pm
