I am looking for a new tenant to fill my room on a lease on a property in the popular Tannery Building in Belfast City Centre as I am moving in with my partner to a different property before the end of our initial 12 month lease (which ends on 10th December and can be renewed) Tenancy must begin on the 10th November as this is the beginning of our rent cycle. (I will be moving out by the 9th November)

Existing flatmate is a 30 year old male professional. New flatmate must also be a professional and LGBT+ friendly. Current housemates interests are trashy TV and fitness.

**There is no included off-street parking but a space can be rented in the adjacent public parking area **

Rent is £375 per month as is the security deposit. Tenancy is subject to background and income check as well as full deposit to our housing association. Internet is around £20 per month and gas is usually around £5 - £15 per week depending on the time of year. Gas boiler is only a year old. Electric bill is quarterly.

Shared bathroom with bath and mains shower. Kitchen has all typical mod cons (fridge freezer electric oven, gas hob etc.) and open plan with living area.
