Looking for mature person. Unfortunately i will not be around so much as i live in London, but visit to see family every 6 weeks or so. The advantage is you will have a very comfortable house to relax in for for yourself, most of the time.
I am very independent but also enjoy company - it is just that I am not around much.

The furnished room is walking distance to all facilities of the Ormeau Road in South Belfast, in the Rosetta area.

House comes fully furnished with all amenities, fully equipped kitchen, (including ice-cream maker and magi-mix :-) with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Garden front and back taken care of by gardener (paid by owner)
